WonUpFit is the best way to stay motivated to workout consistently by challenging your friends. The competitions are simple, each time you workout, submit a photo or video, that proves you worked out, for your friends to Accept or Reject. That’s it! You will see a scoreboard that keeps track of who is winning.

Things to know:
1) Get your friends on WonUpFit and use the Facebook login to easily find each other or search for your friends by email
2) You can challenge the founder, Brett Rogers, he wants all the motivation he can get so push him!
3) Add Challenge to create a new competition, select your friends (and/or Brett), the stakes or prize, how many weeks and the start date
4) Competitions can start as soon as tomorrow to ensure everyone gets a full 24 hours to submit from the start
5) All competitions are 1 on 1
6) You can submit a workout once per day
7) Workouts will automatically be Accepted after 8 hours if friends do not Accept/Reject
8) If a photo is rejected, you can re-submit as many times as necessary
9) Click on the competitions to see a Weekly Chart view to compare which days you workout vs your friend

Our goal is to get you off the couch by creating good habits with accountability in the form of competition. Consistency is the key to achieving fitness goals, whether you are training for a competitive sport or you want to maintain or exceed your current fitness level, WonUpFit allows people to challenge each other no matter your routine. The more often you workout, the more consistent you are, the more likely you are going to see results.
